To ensure fairness and simplicity for everyone, our policy does not reduce, refund or credit fees for public holidays. illnesses or other absences. We do however offer make-up classes for any missed sessions, whether due to public holidays, illnesses, or other absences. This policy provides flexibility and ensures that students do not miss out on their learning opportunities. Make-up classes can be arranged through the office.

Students can still participate in classes even if they are not part of concert routines.
Concerts are held on a Sunday in November/December. Students in year K+ will need to attend a concert rehearsal prior to their show for safety purposes. Our shows are split between Pre School, Junior School, Middle School and Senior School with additional shows for JF dance company and JF theatre company. Students who take multiple classes, across multiple age groups, will likely perform in more than one show.
Due to the time to order and make costumes, students will not be able to change classes after week 5 of Term 3, if they would like to be a part of the concerts. New enrolments after week 5 of Term 3 (except pre school) will not be able to be a part of our concerts, unless a costume can be organised in time.
